Very good food, always fresh and tasty. The game from our own hunt is particularly recommended. Cozy dining room and beautiful courtyard to sit outside. Super nice host family. Food can also be ordered to take away.

Food is too salty

Great Franconian cuisine.

Ate well today. Ordered schnitzel, fries and salad. Got 3 schnitzel and delicious, crispy fries, my husband ate the roast veal, he too had 3 slices of meat on the plate and a delicious dumpling with a fine sauce. The price-performance ratio is good.

Baked carp - very good, also the potato salad ...

I can only recommend the carp

Not the closest way from Stein, but it was worth it. Staff friendly and unobtrusive. Memorizes all orders perfectly, 4 people with different meals, all came to the table at the same time, quick delivery of drinks even with the 2nd drink even though the garden was well attended. Very good taste from soup to salad to main course. Fish not cooked to death, steak well seasoned and tender meat, roast veal and schnitzel the right size. It was a good choice.

Classic Franconian inn with a pleasant atmosphere. Portions are good and match the price. The dishes were all ok. The spaetzle were unfortunately overwhelmed with fried onions and were a little too crisp. The beer from Herzogenaurach was really fabulous.

Great restaurant in Burgstall. Classic German restaurant. Great beer. I had bratwurst and sauerkraut. Absolutely great. Wonderful service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Soaking wet with the motorcycles arrived, we were immediately offered garage and boiler room for drying our clothes. First class service, good accommodation. Gladly again !

Nice host, especially to motorcyclists: we were soaked by the rain and could put the bikes in his garage and the wet clothes in the boiler room. The next day everything was bone dry. Breakfast was delicious.

I would have given 5 stars earlier. Especially outside, it is very nice in summer ... Unfortunately, the taste decreases. Card with actually really great dishes .... Often now too much fat, over-seasoned, or then not salt ... Veal schnitzel, which was terrific there, was twice too fat and even tough ... Worse is now the service , Although same staff! and in the past very nice, now unfriendly, no matter if you want a plate for your child or just a dish that is advised against, since it takes too long ... In addition of 7 ordered dishes 2 forget ... Really a pity ... Previously 5 stars, today 3 ... we can not understand it ...
